Candidates must have experience in the following (Training is available if applicable). An Administrative assistant is to perform routine clerical and administrative duties.

Required Experience:

  • Answering phones
  • Filing and organizing documents (on and offline)
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Time Management
  • Work Independently
  • Manage Mailchimp newsletter and mailing list
  • Canva and/or Adobe Suite
  • Able to type proficiently
  • Assistance with printing

Part-time: Hours are flexible. Hours are an average of up to 15 hours per week.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday *NO WEEKENDS*
  • On-site up to twice a week

Must be vaccinated (provide vaccination card)

Education:

  • College student or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

  • Admin Asst and/or Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
